Barnyard Theatre

The Barnyard Theatre is built on the Bridge House School grounds situated in

Franschoek (Western Cape).   This independent school has the infrastructure and

the capability of sustaining, managing, developing and growing associated projects

and initiatives.

Bangikhaya Poni, who runs the community drama projects has to date reached 30

35 children on weekends and 330 pupils during the week in their own environment

at Groendal and Dalubuhle primary schools. 

The overall objective is to develop the child with emphasis on building confidence

and understanding group dynamics. Through drama children get to know more

about themselves, their abilities, talents and potential.

TOTALGAZ is proud to be part of this uplifting project that gives children the opportunity to express their personality through different forms of art.
